Today he was seen at the bar with his pack of Marlboro’s but this time hunched over and complaining of severe back pain. The bartender notes he was pale and ill-appearing.

Pete loves the nightlife at the hotel DLM. Their rooftop bars and pools are known for hosting some of the best parties around! Pete was last seen at a party on the 4th floor balcony overlooking the pool. Someone at the party last saw him leaning over the railing and waving to someone.

Polly is visiting from Italy for an extended vacation. The bartender at the poolside cabana provides additional history and notes she also complained of shortness of breath with her lower chest pain.

This visitor to the hotel DLM was last seen at the poolside cabana eating French fries and deep fried coconut shrimp. She then started complaining about right sided lower chest pain and back pain.

You will need to complete a biliary scan on this patient.

Pt is a 28 y/o female with left ankle deformity after fall off obstacle in a Tough Mudder run. Pain is severe. Left DP & PT pulses intact, sensation intact.

29 y/o male brought to MASH unit with severe TBI following head-on MVC at high rate of speed. GCS 6. E-FAST negative, CXR negative.

48 y/o male brought to MASH after being stranded outside overnight. Low overnight temp was 25 degrees F. Pt somewhat confused, shivering.

T 90 Deg BP 100/60 P95

26 y/o male presents to MASH with midline cervical spine pain and hypotension following ejection in which patient struck his head. Upon landing, pt was noted to be flushed and warm to touch.

BP 80/40 P50 O2 100%

E-FAST negative

28 y/o male presents with a 4 cm posterior scalp laceration sustained when he was struck in the head with a cue stick. No LOC, answering questions appropriately.
